3095) I dont have a diagnosed “eating disorder”, and I don’t want one, but the fact that food and weight is on my mind more often than it should be makes me think that I might have diagnosed myself with one. I count calories now, and I get horribly depressed when I “eat too much”. following this blog has just scared me even more because i can relate to too many of the posts on here. I dont want an eating disorder, but I’m scared that I might already be in too deep.
